For those looking to oust the CEO, I think you can forget it. He has too much invested here, including his marriage. The only stock I've ever owned where a news release was issued to announce change of control of a block of shares due to a divorce settlement. lol

I don't think mgmt is in a hurry, if they were they'd do some promotion. Look what a 10 million dollar financing did for this company today.

And, Peregrine Diamonds (TSX: T.PGD, Stock Forum) Thursday announced a financing with both Newstar Securities SRL, a company wholly-owned by Robert Friedland, and Ned Goodman’s Dundee Corporation for total proceeds of $10 million. Peregrine Diamonds shares jumped 19% to 44 cents.
