Regarding the never completed deal with Korea Zinc, one thing unique about it is that they ended the relationship on good terms (unlike many a couple that separate) and Koreas Zinc still is a major shareholder. Many of us have speculated that the reason the two are still on such good terms is that they still expect they might do some business together at some point in the future, perhaps with one of the other mines. You have to give management of both companies credit for keeping the break-up so civil. Hopefully it will come back in good karma.
