I don't think the stock price has anything to do with Europe.  It has more to do with a a CEO who over promises and under delivers.  He has effectively talked the stock down to $10.

He constantly has his sights on the next aquisition - that's how he's been able to mask his performance for so long.  The problem is that with a declining stock price the market won't let him do it anymore and it's become clear that the company is in need of an operator.

There is nothing fundamentally wrong with the business  - it just needs someone to run it.

All IMO.
