My assessments are based on the underlying commodity prices as well as sustainable improvement in operational performance.  Every qtr they have a reason for not hitting their targets.  Make no mistake, it will not take much to see ML at 20 cents. At the same time, I believe that there is also substantial upside IF things were to go in the right direction. As a result, I have increased my position substantially, but will sell out just as quickly if they continue to f**k up and under perform.
