I would be very surprised if this went for more than 5 cents/share. They will be forced to sell at a very cheap price because they simply dont have the funds to carry out any further obligations. Second, all you need to refer to is what GSA did with their interest and what they got to get a sense of the valuation of this block.

Lets face it, this was a failure no matter what the fraudsters say.
