I would not hold my breath waiting for a good explanation.  Their explanation for the delay in the coring portion of the GGP drilling operation was not very good.  

 

They have already had 10 months to reach some sort of out of court settlement with Couer.  You have to wonder if they are even trying to do so.  According to all of you armchair quarterbacks, we are dealing from a position of extreme strength, in terms of Nevada and Federal Law.  If we except that at face value, then why haven't they settled yet?

 

They already had too many projects for their available development funds, and now they are forced to divert precious resources to LH claims, to help advance the case in their favor.  That means even less money available for their other projects.  

 

Maybe I'm wrong and they are on the verge of settling this, but in that case I would expect the share price to be rising sharply.
