Once again you have provided your invaluable DD to the board and I am very grateful.  Permits in hand or not, John Poindexter can be, if he chooses, a formidable threat to Aurcana. Aurcana needs to work closely with him and not at cross-purposes. United States law provides ample opportunity for the public, and particularly a wealthy neighbor, to throw sand in the gears of any corporation. Mr Poindexter, sounds like a person in favor of bringing some measure of economic opportunity to this area, but it is clear to me he has his limits.
