Fertilizer company Migao warns of sagging China demand
10/26/12 - 09:39 AM ET - Reuters

Oct 26 (Reuters) - China-based fertilizer company Migao Corporation warned on Friday that weaker demand for fertilizer in China during the summer and declining demand for the hydrochloric acid it also produces would weigh down second-quarter results.

Shares of Migao, which makes specialty fertilizers in plants across China for the domestic market, dipped 1.3 percent in early trading in Toronto to C$2.37, continuing a three-day slide.

This is possibly good news for AAA.  What farmers don't put on now the MUST apply later as the soil becomes depleted.  Thus looking down the road a bit demand in China will be ramping up nearer to when AAA is coming into production.  This means an increased interest in AAA - possible securing of supply to meet Chinese demand.

I'm long on AAA & have been accumulating on price drops over the years.
