RE: RE: RE: VIO looks like a scam Good call on the financing Clestor...right on the money....literally. This is unfortunate. I calculate, after the financing and assuming the warrants are exercised, that VIOR's share in Aurvista will be down to 29% from the original 43% ownership.
As for the VIOR cash, I hope they participate in the Aurvista financing and increase their ownership (and adjusted cost base). With $1 million they could increase their Aurvista holdings by 4 million shares or 20% and hold 2 million warrants which are exercisable at 40 cents.
I also hope they don't just spin their wheels and waste our money. Maybe if there's enough appetite during the Aurvista financing, someone will take VIO out for their Aurvista shares.
I'll be looking closly to see if any insiders participate in the financing. This would help my confidence in Aurvista (and by implication, VIOR)
