This bothers me greatly  but what can we do?

IF Taci, minds his own business and works smartly to support Bankers rather than become a roadblock, then it will be a win win

I Agree but they...BNK    still have this to contend with

Of the total receivables in Albania, approximately $26.0 million (December 31, 2011 – $28.2

million) is due from one domestic customer of which the full amount (December 31, 2011 –

$25.8 million) is past due. The customer has confirmed the outstanding amount and

recoverability of this amount is dependent upon the customer being able to secure the required

level of debt financing. During the six months ended June 30, 2012, payments totaling $1.0

million were received and $1.2 million of products were purchased from this customer, reducing

the outstanding accounts receivable by $2.2 million from December 31, 2011.

So the question is, how can they bid and win  when they are in default with payments to BNK?

Doesn;t add up...
