I found it strange that they put a second secured deb. in-place when at the time gas prices were heading south and the interest payable on all the debt was doing to be big $$$$.
After all the smokes clears the holders of the secured deb will probably control north of 90% of the shares when you take into account the majors holders in the secured deb are also major players the unsecured deb and are currently the biggest shareholders in the company.
The next phase will be to take the company private and force out the minority shareholders
