Not to mention the $4.9 B purchase by Cliff Natural Resources of Consolidated Thompson while both Quesnel/Tobin were President of Consolidated Thompson during the 2011 transaction. Now both Quesnel/Tobin  are heavily involved with Energizer Resources.
