That's a lot of hits alright.  I'm not saying that this guy isn't telling the truth, but he registered on stockhouse last week and his profile shows he's in Canada.  As I posted before, the Portuguese news media and investment houses are well aware of what is happening locally.  Porto has been pretty good about keeping the lid on details since the last newsrelease.  This drilling is taking place not only near residences but also major Portuguese historical  landmarks that attract thousands of tourists.  I've read the local press.  The population was divided about allowing the driling in the first place, and if the country was not in such a deep economic recession I doubt that some of those drill locations would ever have been approved.  Locals are hoping this will be the beginning of a job generator. They are very aware of what is taking place. I seriously doubt that someone can just fly over there and suddenly know any new info.
