I am going to sound like a newbie

I am going to sound like a newbie

Isn't there a way to convene a special shareholders meeting to fire this Osis guy? I couldn't care less about his ego, or the very continuation of his existence for that matter, but I could certainly offer half a million vote to replace him by just about anybody including a newly graduated rose-cheeked 20 something that seems eager to build himself a name as a turn around CEO (by that I mean just about anybody who seems earnest, competent but knows that he still have to prove himself).

This story is starting to sound even more ridiculous than INT's Ortsbo "spin-off". If we somehow make it beyond next week, my view is that shareholders who actually own this company send a clear and loud message to the management team reminding them who is paying who.
