O.K. a spelling mistake,big deal.Now get the Republic of China to have the same pay scales as we do.Not a Chance.And about that fair ,flexible ,transparent thing.Of course that doesn't apply to China ,right.How about floating their currency to reflect it;s real value.Another non-starter.Get your head out of your rear end.
