So, sli might have no funds for drilling , no funds for rent, no office staff , no geological staff , no funds for dissidents to repay their fees and legal costs. Huge outstanding legal and exchange fees, trust company fees, audit fees, property payment fees,banking fees,outstanding accounts payable etc, etc equal BANKRUPTCY
