It PEC's well to report on. GALP has the option to be the operator, all the partners have to DEC 31, 2012 to decide ............ I know we are all getting exited about the update and lots of misinformation and speculation going on.

Also with the US markets closed ,its like two vacation days or more should major flooding occur.
