Schnapps - facts, work & lists

Schnapps - facts, work & lists

The answer is quite simple - No I don't work there. In fact  I had never heard of that Legal Team before this.  I was following a lead on a story involving a very big investor in a certain company and decided to check that out. That led me to a BB where someone had posted this bit about Siskinds. What caught my eye was that they dealt with cases on "...behalf of individual and institutional shareholders of public companies...." AND that they "...have achieved significant corporate governance reforms by public companies...."

Now I am not sure why you as shareholders would find that problematic. If you find that useful or interesting, you are free to note as you wish. If those topics (i.e. individual and institutional investors, and corporate governance are not of interest to you), you are quite free to move on and talk about whatever is of interest to you. Now, "factsrbest" seems to know all about the logistical teams and services that supply operations BUT finds topics like DCF Financial Models, corporate governance, economic indicators, diamond suply/demand curves and other matters legal, financial and economic boring and irrelevant. The fact that he likes to hear the sound of chopper blades and  the smell of AVGAS, is his business. As for me, I've been there, done that and more.

I have been here a long, long time. Most posters of that era have melted away or if they are still around prefer not to post and just check in from time to time as I do. I think "brit" is  the only name I recognize that still posts.

My post is here for those who might find it of interest and perhaps at some point useful. And , of course, you may agree, disagree, debate and comment upon (or not) as you wish.

Otherwise, in spite of all the soothsaying, all of us are still here...waiting...waiting...waiting...
