Carboluis, Santander, Colombia: On October 3, 2008, the Company announced that it has entered into an option agreement with Rio Tinto to acquire 100% interest in nine coal concessions.

In fiscal 2010, management decided not to proceed with the option agreement for the Carboluis Project.
