About Traimtech's Technologies Oxytraim, a technology related to the area of effluent contamination by organic compounds, is a fully automated process which finds applications in the aerospace, petroleum and food industries. STV, a technology which allows the complete treatment of pig manure, enables the pig production industry to meet prescribed governmental environmental standards. Licenses for both Oxytraim and STV will be acquired by BIMS according to the agreement with Traimtech. Traimtech's R & D Division is under the responsibility of Mr. Joel Fournier, Ph.D., MBA. Dr. Fournier is also Director of CEPROCQ. This Technology Transfer Centre based in Montreal specializes in chemical process engineering. It gathers more than 20 employees who are fulfilling research and development projects for several companies working mainly in the environmental and bio-industrial sectors. Also, Dr. Fournier has more than 10 years of experience in Industrial Research Project Management on national and international scales. He is the author of more than 20 scientific publications and two patents. He is well known as a very talented manager orientated towards high results. The pig production and cattle breeding industries are presently facing an urgent need for finding sound solutions to overcome the negative impact they have on the environment. Traimtech aims at becoming a world leader in the Environmental Industry. In collaboration with its partner, the Centre of Chemical Process Studies of Quebec (CEPROCQ), Traimtech focuses in the development and commercialization of environmental technologies that answer problems related to the treatment of agricultural, industrial and municipal waste.
BIMS Renewable Energy, Inc. ("BIMS") (OTC Bulletin Board: BIMR) has closed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Traimtech Group Inc., ("Traimtech") a Canadian corporation which specializes in the development and commercialization of environmental and energy technologies. In accordance with this MOU, BIMS will acquire licenses for effluent and pig manure treatment technologies currently marketed under the names Oxytraim and STV.
