Agreed, Sven. If I believed aos was going to hit anything near 30 cents in the foreseeable future, I'd be loading up on 8 cent shares. The rights hold no value at all that I can see. Unless, as someone on here has pointed out, it enables insiders to circumvent insider trading regs - IF the sp averages over a dime. 

In the original rights offering NR, Francese is quoted saying the maneuver is intended to benefit existing shareholders. I've asked Chambers to identify any potential realistic benefit, particularly given current SP. I've yet to get an answer from him. He was in china, so I continue to hope that explains the delay. It's still inexcusable, particularly as the new company officers don't return phone calls. 

I continue that the new crew has potential, but they're acting like they're the only kids in the sandbox.
