The strike price is at $2.50 per share, so they give you the right to buy a share of EDV from the company at any time before expiry by paying an additional $2.50. If , for example, at Feb 2014 EDV is trading at $5.00, the warrants have a value of $2.50, and seeing as how you can by them today for 50 cents.......one great investment. Conversely, if EDV is then trading at only $2.50 or less, the warrants are worthless. So, potentially higher reward, but also much higher risk.
