Yes they do, so do shareholders and more importantly that is the plan they are executing fairly well.

the best senario is they got an 50cents offer.

The best scenario???? You don't have much of an imagination! Realistically no offer is likely as it would probably fail. Fair value is at least 80 cents but a better scenario is north of $2.
