NEWS .. Bought Deal is Closed SilverCrest Mines Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:SVL)(NYSE MKT:SVLC)(NYSE Amex:SVLC) is pleased to announce the completion of its prospectus offering announced on October 5, 2012 for gross proceeds of CAD$30 million, together with exercise of the over-allotment option in full for an additional $4.5 million, resulting in total gross proceeds of $34.5 million.
The Company plans to use the net proceeds of the offering to pay out and eliminate the remainder of the Company's gold hedge commitments and for general corporate purposes.
