FIRE SALE/DEBT/LACKING Full Details

FIRE SALE/DEBT/LACKING Full Details

Yes, this was a Fire Sale of an Asset that, unless I am mistaken, FNR/TOM/MGMT saying wonderful things such as the Press release of 17 Oct., my opinion. So why the change and why the sale of a Good Asset?

What are the details, how much went to pay off Debt? howmuch went to "Other Workering Holders, to quote press release, and who are the other interests? How much is really going to Allstar? Who did they sell the asset to? Was their a Fee paid on the sale to toher parties for arrnaging the transaction? If so Who received Fees?

This press release along with other transactions is lacking and lends to asking Questions? LACKING, Lacking Full Details. YES< FIRE SALE? RED LIGHT SALE?

FNR needs funds, it appears, my opinion?

Suggest FNR/Tom - begin in cutting Salary, Staff, Bonuses, Travel expenses, MGMT Fees. Many Resource companies are doing this, cutting the over head and admin expenses along with other expenses.
