0.23 annual dividend to start off and in all likelihood increased as they prove out their assets and newly acquired assets.  as far as where sp goes, depends on how they prove out the assets thereby increasing production, revenues, sales, cashflows, earnings and how the markets rally or drip the sp depending on this and at what percentage the div is...at 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 percent sp ranges from 2.30 to 4.60 to start off and then it depends on how sustainable the div is and whether it increases or not vs sp increasing or not.
