The $464/oz wasn't from RP, it's from independent geologists of the 43-101. I also expect it to be somewhat higher too especially in the first year. The 43-101 gives a break down of cost for each year in which the first year is higher. In 1989 the same mine was operating at a lower cost than this so it's not being pulled out of thin air.
Look at SND, it was 26 cents and stayed down for a very long time. I didn't expect it to zoom up so fast when their streams were so close to bankruptcy. It doubled in a short time to 54 cents now. That can happen when there is extreme pessimism and share price is severely depressed. BearT didn't you say you shorted SND this Oct?
