Copied from my SSL post - thoughts?

Copied from my SSL post - thoughts?

If SilverCrest decides to develop an underground mine, Sandstorm will have the right (but not the obligation) to purchase 20% of the payable gold from underground for an upfront payment that is equal to 20% of the upfront capital expenditures made by SilverCrest plus ongoing per ounce payments of US$450.

I know there are several SVL owners on this board but am I missing something or is this one of the stupidest deals by SVL. Just the above part where its SSL's option to continually rip off SVL's gold indefinetly for 20% of the upfront capital expenditure. A no brainer for SSL. In fact I think SSL hosed SVL on there whole agreement! Bad for SVL but glad for SSL. Could by why SVL did a bought deal (closed today) rather than jump in bed with SSL again. I feel that SSL's latter agreements are more mining co friendly than the deal with SVL. Maybe SVL can hold La Joya over SSL to renegotiate a better and bigger deal for both co's. glta!!
