K - im losing it

Should have deleted the last two lines on this board.  Clearly the plan is to develop La Joya on our own, hopefully it works out.  But overall do u not think this deal with SSL is not the best or am i missing something (which means I could be losing it).  All this wind and bad weather have given me the biggest headache.  Going to watch some nfl network now - glta!!
