Not really. AVF is more in gaz and real estate. RPL is in light oil and the dividend is lower than AVF. Between the two i prefer RPL because it's oily and it has lot more asset in terms of land. Even RPL switch to a dividend paying model, it still has that growth part that lots of investors are expecting at the time. But again it all depends on the price of oil in the future and it certainly is brighter than the price of gaz.
