I agree there is much more complexity. But most of it is only administrative stuff. You have to be close to your suppliers. A lot of ore has to be transported to process TIO2. So it is more important to be close to your suppliers rather than your clients. Cost savings in terms of OPEX should be higher than increasing complexity costs as you said. The goal should be to have the same construction of each module. Then you can go all over the world like McDonald`s. But one step after the other. Time will tell.

If they said that supply for the first years will come from the US, the property should be there as well. We have to think about which suppliers in the US could be the new partners. Then we will find the potential location of the property. Other views?
