If FEB's yeast stains work (a big if!) during full production trials, selective companies might use the product to avoid the risk being sued in the future IF Acrylamide does increase cancer risks.
A dream scenario is a big multinational taking on the product causing others to follow.
Unfortunately the food industry is very slow to embrace any new product or idea.
If trials work, and FDA will start pushing the food companies it is another ball game.
