Aha! Thanks for this!  This would be very interesting if they did this because the warrant holders wouldnt be able to sell and would either have to exercise (if the extension moved the stock past the strike price) or abandon the right.

This seems like a fairer way to do it? I dunno, very interesting!  I would like to see them get access to this warrant money.
