Actually you are wrong, you can hold short and long at the same time.  You cannot hold short and long in the same account.  Blade you also were boasting how you have been calling this a loser for six years.  Let me ask you a question.  Why in that six year period did you not sell and get out?  In essence you have basically said you have been an idiot for six years - you were so smart you knew this stock was a loser six years ago and you held it.  That does not speak well for your abilities.  So you believed what the scum management said but you knew this stock was a loser so you are either naive, an idiot, both or a really bad investor.  Which is it?  But I can understand that, you believed Bush when he said Iraq had WMD's when in fact none were discovered so I guess you can be forgiven for being trusting.  And where is that lawsuit when the American president lied to the entire nation and brought the country into a long costly war which has done nothing except cause the spedning of billions of dollars and wasted lives of American service men and women who were sent to die based on a lie?  CLL managements lies seem pretty small in comparison.   I knew 5 years ago to dump this stock and I did.  It has been a good short from time to time and  an okay long play from time to time but to buy and hold, a very poor choice.  You should have listened back then when others were saying to sell (not short but sell).  Your trust was misplaced.
