Maybe my point of view is wrong or superfical, but i think that PAK assets will be integrated into Pacific Rubiales business model. Maybe Blue Pacfic will sell there stack to Pacific rubiales (With a proper profit). For sure, Iacono and this Banksters have a good legal advisor and they are smart. :)
