It also holds a 100% interest in the Buffalo Hills Diamond Project, located approximately 400 kilometers northwest of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The property covers a total of 21 mineral leases covering an area of approximately 4,800 hectares (ha).

Didn't mean to sound so cranky , b'dog. I think that through the conversations I've had re: EIS finality , the consensus is that the surface lease requires the satisfactory completion of that process. It doesnt mean the partners and financiers would wait indefinitely for that to be done though.
