RE: A few questions and please do not see anything 1. I was told ounce that very often, production expectations are never met and cost of production is always higher than expected. TRUE...however, our feasibility study was built on very conservative assumptions, decreasing this risk factor, still existant nonetheless.
2. I read somewhere lately for what it's worth, that less than 10% of junior mines in South Africa are succesful (don't remember where nor when). TRUE...and? Robex will be one of ten successful!!!
3. Now that the Cohen family owns 30% of RBX, does that mean that they control the destiny of the company, meaning that if they decide that they don't want to be a public company anymore they can just offer the shareholders whatever they want to and there's nothing we can do about it? RIGHT and FALSE...they can offer the remaining shareholders whatever they want...the 70% still can refuse any offer...we'd have to vote........
