Depends on whether you want AR shares or cash now to deploy elsewhere.  AR has done well for me as I stayed with them after they acquired Pediment.  Turned a losing investment into a profitable one.  The $1.08 acquisition cost for PDG, if sold, would be a loser for me with an average of $1.50.   AR  has proven to have competent management (at least so far), so I imagine taking the AR shares will make my PDG investment profitable at some point.  They have performed through both good and bad times.

However, if my average cost for PDG was 50 or 60 or 70 cents, I'd probably sell and lock in the profit. 

A matter of postion and perspective.  There isn't a correct answer.
