There is a deal in the works... that I have confirmed from the company, but it sounds like they are about as close to getting this done as the NHL and the NHLPA... (IMO) proven plus probable puts the company at 30 million take off the debt and ya your looking at 6 cents.  Honestly, I'd take it...
