RE: RE: Volume and cash in the deal
RE: RE: Volume and cash in the deal If Sprott is selling today others are stepping in to buy the shares. Maybe they need the cash to help finance their position in LRE a by product of their merger of GO and WFE. But TBE at 2.90 a share is a $715 million company with debt of $210 million $925 million enterprise value. With 19,100 boe/d production TBE trades at under $50 k per flowing boe. CPG just paid $100 k per flowing boe for a US based concern Ute Energy drillling for wide WTI differential oil in the Uninta Basin.Go ahead and sell. The smart guys are buying in for the 6%+ yield and an undervalued outfit that has less debt than any player with similar production attributes. Stay tuned.
