but why would someone dump 2M shares at once?  It all happened within 4 minutes.  You would think an insider would have tried to be more discrete.  Surely, whoever dumped has risen the interest of a few people one of which is the IIROC (Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada).  Not smart.
