Not at all. There is literally no connection between the article you posted and Second Wave other then the name Brookfield. Perhaps Buffet will buy Second Wave and construct houses in Judy Creek? Haha. Perhaps the capital requirements of the joint partnership will be so intensive that Brookfield will be required to sell SCS to raise capital. Nope doubt that also. Weak pumping effort. Do better.

 

Actually on second thought get me the number of Buffet and Brookfields partnership real estate agent. I want to put my name in on a tasteful Judy Creek Bungalow. I hear the Swan Hills are beautiful in the fall.
