This is great news on their strategy. In a recent article from McCleans the 3 out of the 5 wealthiest communities in Canada are actually in the suburbs of Calgary with average incomes per person at around $300,000 +. The other two are Yellowknife and Oakville I believe. The continued focus in Alberta Saskatchewan is something I strongly support as it is the last remaining high growth geography left in the world for investors. This super center day care of theirs is also a great differentiator for the company.
