Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

RE: PEA

RE: PEA

To give balance to my other negative comments:

360m npv on 600MW plant @ 20% "free ride" = $72m + $70m npv coal + $420m (other mine) = $562m/ 226m shares = $2.48 per share.

Then there is NKL ownership.

3600mw is not at all likely.  These guys are amateurs and that number is big for a proven player in this field.  There is no way they will convince anyone they can operate at that level.

It does on the surface look like they may do well despite their lack of common sense, respect for shareholders and basic corporate governance, but then when looking back after a ponzi scheme is revealled it always looks rosy.

The old adage still stands "if it smells like a fish" but I do hope it works out for you guys in the end.  Newer entrants- caveat emptor.
