investors will plunk down their money for a 3yr. non redeemable certificate @ 2-3% and feel good about it but at the same time lose patience and bale out of a venture stock like VRS because it has to finish a testing procedure of its product before taking it to the next level. Makes no sense to me yet I know that that is the way it is so am not all that surprised at the SP drift. Just keep in mind the old adage "all is well that ends well". GLTA
