Molycorp is trying to pass the blame. Welcome back to the REE Club, boys!

China pulled the rug from under everyone [REE producers] many moons ago by flooding the market with cheap REE's until they achieved total monopoly.

Seems like getting back into the game is not a walk in the park.

Like Jack LIfton said many times, unless you are the lowest cost producer of critical supply/demand REE's, its gonna be a snowball's chance in $$hell$$ you are going to survive.
