Toronto, August 25, 2011 The project has received additional provincial government approvals for the location of the waste dump and the mill site, and the overall environmental approval process is proceeding as planned.

Toronto, September 23, 2011 The environmental approval process is proceeding according to schedule. In mid-September, the Company received environmental approval from Québec's Ministère du Développement durable, de l'Environnement et des Parcs (MDEEP) allowing it to commence construction of the lithium carbonate process plant.

Toronto, May 15, 2012 The Company also announced it has received provincial approval for the location of its Tailings Management Facility (TMF).

2CO3 capacity by the end of 2013. Project construction is currently on-time and on-budget.

In mid-September 2011, the Company received environmental approval from the Ministère du Développement durable,

de l’Environnement et des Parcs (“

had obtained a construction permit from the Municipality of La Corne, Québec, for construction of surface service

infrastructure at its Québec Lithium Project, including ground clearing and construction of office facilities and mine

equipment workshops. During the second quarter of 2012, the Company received the mining licence from Québec’s

Ministère Des Ressources Naturelles et de la Faune (“

MNRF”) and the provincial approval for the location of its Tailings

Management Facility (“

TMF”) for the Québec Lithium Project. In addition to the approval for the TMF location granted in

May 2012 by the MRNF, the Company requires an additional approval from Québec’s MDDEP to cover actual use and

operation of the TMF site. A number of additional permits are required before daily operations can commence. These,

and other environmental approvals, are currently being reviewed by the Federal and Provincial authorities.
