The average capital pool company (clean shell) looking to complete a qualifying transaction as of todays date has a market cap of $885,000, $583,000 cash in the bank, and about 6,900,000 shares outstanding. What this tells me is that a clean shell with 6.9mill O/S should have a market cap of about $300,000 plus cash on hand. If you increase the O/S to 10mill it would drop the shell value to about $210,000. A cash position of $100,000 would increase the shell value to $310,000. Now to plug in asset values of lets say $350,000 (it should be noted that many companies with good properties are trading at cash value) and good will (each companies management and track record is different so I am using $0.00 as an average) and the value comes out to $660,000.00 or about 7c/share.
