Wasn't that a pick from Chen readers? I still play the specs but not to the bitter end. I bought PEC at 7 sold at 15 when they announced the start of drilling. I plan to do the same with TPN. Buy now, sell some when they announce their farm out (and/or African Oil hits again in Kenya), sell more when they announce drilling next year, and hold a small amount for a home run swing. We shall see how that turns out.
