Harper Government

Harper Government

I have two possibilities for the delay.

 

1. Romney wins the US election and anything and everthing will be for sale!

 

2. Obama wins and will not start the Keystone pipeline, the Harper government will approve Nexan to spite all!

 

After all he is the Harper government!!!
